WHO WE ARE:
Cornerstone
Telecommunications, Inc. was founded in 1988 as a communication
consulting firm. Since our inception, Cornerstone has expanded into
six Operational groups; they are:
¨ Telephone/Voice
Mail System Support: We provide sales, service and installation
of Lucent and Nortel product lines. Service is provided either by
contract or on-call basis.
¨ Computer
Telephony/VoIP Support: We provide sales service and installation
of eVoice 3000 communications server providing features as Unified
Messaging, CT Client, Text-to-Speech and Fax Server.
¨ Telemanagement
Tools: We are a distributor of Call Management systems which offer
call detail recording, cable management, toll fraud and traffic
analysis via a PC connections.
¨ Telecommunication
Reseller: We offer refurbished AT&T and Northern Telecom product
at a substantial savings over new product.
¨ Cabling
Installation: New and existing premise wiring for voice and data
communications.
¨ Consulting
Services: Telephone consulting in areas of traffic studies, least
cost routing, bill analysis, network configurations, etc...
Cornerstone's
market strategy is based on competitive pricing and flexibility.
We are able to compete on price due to our low overhead costs associated
with our services. And we also compete on our openness to do what
the customer wants or needs. We listen to the customer's issues
and then design a program around them. Thus offering the customer
maximum flexibility.
In addition,
Cornerstone is committed to controlled expansion. Our headquarters
is located in Northern California, specifically Fremont, CA. We
have offices in Southern California (Costa Mesa) and Portland Oregon.
We strive to establish a local presence in key Western States, but
in a local way that blends into that region's own culture.
