We sell, service, and install two manufacturers of call accounting devices, Trisys Tapit and Peregrine TRU Call Accountant. Both products offer telemanagement software to track record and report incoming and outgoing telephone call activity.
	Tapit 2000 Call Accounting System Tapit 2000 Call Accounting software is a true 32-bit software that works with any telephone system with SMDR (Station Message Detail Reporting) capability. At the termination of each incoming or outgoing call, Tapit 2000 stores information from the telephone system on computer's hard disk. Tapit then lets this data be recalled in a variety of valuable reports, helping a business executive make informative decisions to better manage the business. Tapit 2000 is compatible with Windows 95/98/NT2000 and Windows Millenium Edition
	TRU Call Accountant The TRU C@ll Accountant is an intuitive call accounting system designed for schools and businesses with up to 1,500 extensions. The TRU C@ll Accountant is designed to look and feel just like other Microsoft® software programs you are already familiar with so you can learn it quickly. The TRU C@ll Accountant is e-mail capable so you can distribute call accounting reports to any e-mail address via Microsoft Mail, Outlook, Exchange, Lotus Notes or Novell's Groupwise.
