PC BASED VOICE MAIL SYSTEMS:
As well as selling integrated Nortel and Avaya voice mail systems, we sell, services and install DuVoice voice mail systems. DuVoice, based in Kirkland Washington, was established in 1990 providing PC based voice mail. DuVoice products are based on software that is developed and maintained in-house along with "off the shelf" hardware from a variety of manufacturers including Brooktrout, Intel, and DFI - all recognized leaders in the message processing industry. Depending on your requirements, DuVoice can provide an entry-level basic voice mail system (VS Ensemble, up to the unified messaging platform (DV2000 standard or enhanced).
Vs Ensemble DuVoice VS Ensemble
VS Ensemble has 130 hours of voice storage and is available in 2 to 8 ports. VS Ensemble is remarkably easy to program and configure using touch-tone, local screen and keyboard, or remotely via modem. While VS Ensemble integrates with a wide variety of telephone switches - including Panasonic, Nortel, Toshiba, Comdial and more, the system was designed specifically for applications on switches and key systems manufactured by Avaya (formerly known as Lucent Technologies and AT&T.)
DV Pal DuVoice DV2000 VS Edition
For the small to medium size-based company, the DV2000 VS Edition is the NT Based solution that brings Unified Messaging within reach. The 4 or 8 port system shares many of the features of the larger DV2000 Standard and DV2000 Enhanced systems - including VeMail, and an intuitive GUI programming format.
DV2000 DuVoice DV2000 Standard and Enhanced
The DV2000 Standard provides up to 16 ports of voice mail, fax mail, and fax on demand on an NT server platform; while the enhanced version provides up to 48 ports.
