CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP S/W: Altitude uCI 2000
Altitude Software has developed powerful software to manage your customer's interaction, whether that interaction comes from phone, email or web site. With the multitude of customer access points, there needs to be a mechanism to manage this customer relationship. Altitude software product, uCI 2000 suite for unified customer interaction allows you to manage the various touchpoints into your organization but also enables you to optimize the long-term value of each customer relationship. Using this Unified Customer Interaction (uCI) architecture will enable a true 360º view of your customers by capturing and then consolidating customer-driven business transactions in a single data repository.
The uCI architecture is principally comprised of two server components: the Assisted Server and the uBusiness Server. Together, these two pieces provide the core functionality that enables you to deploy a uCI solution for your business.

uBusiness Server
The uBusiness Server is a state-of-the-art, web-centric enabler for uCI. It concentrates the business logic common to all touchpoints, and exports thin-client, browser interfaces for all users that are part of the customer interaction process. uBusiness is based on a 4-tier architecture that consists of the browser, web server clusters, application server clusters and relational databases.

Assisted Server
The Assisted Server is a highly scalable platform that functions as an assisted interaction dispatcher, supporting high volumes of voice calls, emails and web interactions. It includes gateways to email servers (supporting both POP3 and SMTP) and to major PABX platforms. The Assisted Server provides the core functionality for leveraging uCI, to manage campaigns for the assisted channel modules, or touchpoints, in the Altitude suite.

Touchpoint Management
While the above architecture provides the core of the uCI solution, the following Touchpoint Managers from Altitude Software enable you to interact with your customers through their preferred channel; Self Service or Assisted Service. Self Service engines are : Altitude Web, Altitude IVR, Altitude WAP. Assisted Service engines include; Altitude Voice, Altitude Collaborator, Altitude Email. Regardless whether your customer requires self or assisted service via web, voice, e-mail or mobile channels, the Altitude uCI 2000 suite has a response engine to you're your customers' needs.

u-Enabled Optimization
An additional feature of the Altitude uCI 2000 solution is the Optimization Toolkit. Altitude Software provides four such applications; uRouter, uSupervisor, uAgent and Content Manager. Individually or combined, these u-enabled tools allow you to better understand, manage and optimize relationships with your customers.
